1. Exercise, Exercise, Exercise!

Many of us don't exercise regularly but it is very important to take the time to daily. It helps with the flow in your body. The more you sit down in the same position, the more pain you feel. Try running or walking for 45-60 minutes a day.

Every month we are losing a lot of blood which includes vitamins such as iron. You ever feel drained and can't move? Take vitamins such as B12 and multivitamins to reduce fatigue and weakness.

3. Drink 6-8 Glasses of Water

This will cleanse your body, improves blood circulation and mood.

4. Eat Healthier Foods

5. Avoid Junk Foods

These contribute to bloating and air in the stomach
